These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Parijaat website at https://parijaat.co and, when available, our online store (together, the “Site”). Parijaat is an independent, owner-operated apparel business. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Parijaat, a sole proprietorship based in Keller, Texas, United States. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Parijaat.
Our storefront is currently in a private pre-launch phase. Until it opens publicly, the Site is informational, and product availability, pricing, and store policies described at checkout are not yet final and may change.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time.
When our store is open, our apparel is produced on demand through third-party print-on-demand manufacturing partners after an order is placed. Order processing, shipping, returns, and refund terms applicable to a purchase will be presented at checkout and form part of your purchase agreement. Descriptions and images are provided in good faith; slight variation between on-screen images and made-to-order products may occur.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Payments for store orders are processed by our third-party payment and e-commerce providers under their own terms; we do not store full payment-card details.
The Parijaat name, logo, original designs, text, and graphics on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Trademarks and platform names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.
The Site relies on third-party services (including our e-commerce platform, payment processors, manufacturing partners, and advertising platforms) and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services.
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parijaat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Texas, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
